There is a lady here that I have come to love very much. Her name is
Nadatati. She is one of the first people that we met when we first came to Kenya. She is a godly women who is a great testimony in this community. For the past year and a half her and I have tired very hard to get to know one another even though language has been a problem. Over the past few months I think we have gotten pretty close. When Savannah was born she came to my house to see Savannah and rejoice with us. As we talk she said that she had also come to do something for me,
wash our clothes! Now I have a washing machine that I use so I told her that she did not have to do that for me. But she
insisted she wash our clothes because that is what sisters in the Lord do, they help each other out. So I let her and when it was all said and done I went to thank her and instead she thanked me! She said it was a blessing to her to help me in that way!
Over the past couple months she has been faithful to come and visit me if I or someone else in the family has been sick. One Sunday I missed church due to the girls being sick and she came up to my house that Sunday afternoon and told be about the sermon.
She is very faithful in coming to our women's Bible study and prays diligently for our community. Also, just recently she has begun helping me with children's church. She translate from Swahili to Maasai for the little ones.
Nadatati is a blessing to me and a beautiful picture of God's love among believers.

That was so sweet La.
Please send Natadadee my love and prayers. She really is a great woman. What an example to all of us spoiled Americans!
This brought tears to my eyes, it's so beautiful! I'm so thankful for Nadatati and her friendship towards you. I'm also immensely grateful for all she has done to help you and for tending to you and Savannah after she was born. It's been my privilege to pray for Nadatati for a long time, especially after meeting her last year. Please give her a hug for me and tell her I'm praying for her.
That pic brings back memories:)!!

I remember Natatida, what a special woman. She wanted to help you so much. She did your chores after Savannah was born. She called me momma Travis. Please thank her for me too!
