I have been very busy this week trying to get things done around here. Last week we were in Nairobi for a few days so when we got back I had a lot of things to do to arrange our supplies we brought back. The main thing being that I have to prepare all our veggies for the freezer, and now that includes preparing all of Savannah's baby food as well. I juice some fruits like pineapples and them freeze them for slushies later. Very good!
Thursday I was busy looking over my lesson plans for Sarah's school this coming year. She will be starting first grade so I am trying to get things ready for her. I had 2 girls come to visit me at the same time and I was very tempted to tell them that I was very busy and could not visit at the time. But I invited them in anyways. We ended up having a great time. They helped me organize folders and papers and then sang for me while I was working. Then for fun they started coping verses out of the Bible! Our time together was a blessing to me and I hope them too. Some times it's easy to think we are too busy with "important" things to spend time with someone at that moment. It reminds me about two women in the Bible, Mary and Martha. I ended up being so blessed by my time with those two girls and my relationship with them grew as well. Relationships are so important!

This is so true in todays world or times we are so caught up in so many things we don't have time for the simple little things ,(which usually do come with a blessing) We should look to CHRIST as our example how he took time for "all" peoples, anyway you bless my heart with your life stay strong keep the faith you are a blessing,Love you all
Great reminder La!
I love your attitude. You are such am encouragment to me.
Now if you'll excuse me, homeless children are outside my door asking to be fed and you know me, I must feed them.
OK...really that is not true...I have to go peel wallpaper :(
